Information we collect
When you run a Website Readiness Scan or unlock a report, we collect the website and buyer question you submit. If you unlock the full report, we also collect your name, business email, company, and consent choice.
Public website scanning
The scanner retrieves public pages and files from the website you submit, such as its homepage, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and llms.txt. It evaluates observable technical and content signals and stores the resulting scan so the report can be delivered and reviewed.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver the automated report, evaluate fit, prepare a human-reviewed benchmark, respond to you, improve our services, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Website and measurement data
We record referral and campaign parameters submitted with a conversion so we can understand which campaigns generate qualified requests. We may also use standard analytics and advertising measurement tools that process device, browser, referral, and interaction information according to their own privacy terms.
Retention and security
We retain submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable safeguards. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or opt out of future marketing communication, by replying to any message from us.
